Museum bust forms

With an extensive collection of male, female and children body forms in over 100 body shapes and sizes, we can craft and supply the perfect bespoke product for any presentation, varying from heritage to contemporary display.

Our bust form range includes traditional shapes encompassing Victorian, Edwardian and Belle Epoque, all of which are upholstered in a calico finish as standard with the option for customisation upon request. Various components such as heads, articulated and padded arms and telescopic base stands can be added to the product.

Proportion London worked with the V&A’s in-house fashion specialist, Deborah Phipps, to create a Petite bust form specifically designed to display period garments. The bust form has been acknowledged by industry specialists as a versatile shape that is suitable for an array of costume presentation ranging from a 17th-century farthingale to a 1920’s flapper dress.

Contact Details:

info@proportion.london

+44 (0) 208 522 3000
